Cancelling Orders with API
If you would prefer to send order cancellation data in real time via CommerceHub’s Dsco API, please read our V3 API documentation here. If you haven’t already, you can also read an overview of how to get started with our API in the article here.
NOTE: You will need an Oauth token to access CommerceHub’s Dsco API. To receive an Oauth token for your integration, you’ll need to reach out to our onboarding support team with your username.
NOTE: You will need to provide that cancelledReason field to pass this step.
Relevant calls for updating or retrieving order shipment data may include:
- Cancel Order Item
- Cancel Order Item Small Batch
Once you have successfully cancelled one order in your account, please paste the PO Number of that order in the textbox below, then click the VERIFY button.
