Partially Shipping & Cancelling Orders in the Portal
If you’re managing your orders in CommerceHub’s Dsco platform manually from your browser, this will be a breeze. You already know how to ship a line-item on an order you’ve acknowledged, and you’ll do this after cancelling a line-item on an order in your account. NOTE: If you are shipping on your trading partner’s account, you should NOT enter any shipping costs when entering tracking information. Please reach out the retailer you’re working with if you need shipping account information
