Chewy Receiving Orders API

Real-time JSON API Integration
Dsco supports JSON-based API integrations for partners who would like real time data transactions. We are here to support you as you build and configure the integration for your systems.
If you have not received an Oauth access token, please request one from CommerceHub’s onboarding support team at dscopartnersetup@commercehub.com.
The Dsco API Guide contains all the details you will need to get started, you can find it here. You can test the integration here.
Dsco also recommends you utilize streams as much as possible. You can find documentation for streams here, and integration testing here.
Packing Slip Download
If you need to download packing slips for your orders, please follow these steps:
- Download all packing slips on the page.
- Select Orders in the side navigation, or just click here. Note that you can also download packing slips from the All Orders page.
- Select View / Print Packing Slips at the top of the page.
- Download the packing slips to your computer and print them out.
- Download a set of packing slips on the page.
- Select All Orders in the side navigation, or just click here.
- Select the checkbox to the left of whichever orders you would like a packing slip.
- Select the Bulk Actions dropdown and choose Print under Packing Slips.
NOTE: Chewy has special requirements for packing slips if you choose to create the packing slips yourself. To verify both single and multi-SKU orders by carrier, Gandalf creates three test orders: two FedEx (single and multi-SKU) and one USPS (single SKU) orders. You can use those test orders and the Chewy Packing Slip Guide to create your packing slips. Click here to view the Packing Slip Guide.
