Ship One Line-Item, Cancel One Line-Item
Here is how to ship one line-item and cancel the other in the portal. Please choose any of the pending orders for this test.
- Select Orders in the side navigation, then select Shipment Pending in the sub-navigation, or just click here.
- Select the PO Number of any of the pending orders to open it.
Manually Processing Partial Shipments & Cancellation in the Portal
If you’re managing your orders in Dsco manually from your Portal, this will be a breeze. You already know how to ship a line-item on an order you’ve acknowledge in Dsco, and you’ll do this after cancelling a line-item on an order in your account. NOTE: Some retailers may require you to provide a reason for cancelling a drop ship order. For more information on order cancellation codes you can use to signify these reasons, please see the tables in this article.
Note: If you are shipping on your trading partner’s account, you should NOT enter any shipping costs when entering tracking information. Please reach out the retailer you’re working with if you need shipping account information.
